Flamingo Las Vegas
The Flamingo, has anchored the Las Vegas Strip
since they started rolling dice in 1946. Located at the famous
four corners of Flamingo Road and the Strip, this self-contained
casino and resort offers everything an adventurous vacationer
could want - including a Wildlife Habitat and a 15-acre Caribbean-style
water playground. Entertainment is on tap at the Flamingo,
with four different feature shows scheduled during the week;
including Gladys Knight, appearing in her own theater. With
a 77,00 square foot casino, the Flamingo offers the quintessential
Vegas experience, that includes a variety of table games,
2100 slots, and a large race & sports book.
Measuring around 350 square feet, the guest rooms are appointed
in an understated, contemporary décor, and equipped
with a standard selection of amenities. There are eight different
restaurants onsite to choose from. When it comes time to relax
in the sun, guests can retreat to the Flamingo's massive pool
area (the largest in Vegas) where there is a swimming pool
for every personality. The pool area is beautifully landscaped,
and inhabited by Chilean Flamingos, African penguins, and
other birds. The four swimming pools are augmented with two
Jacuzzis, a bar, and a seasonal poolside restaurant.
